Exchange and Return Policy:

At Teeser, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer easy and hassle-free exchanges to make sure you’re happy with every purchase. Since every item is custom-made just for you, we handle each request with care and attention.

1. Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Easy Exchange Process
* Log in to your Teeser account and visit the Exchange Request section.
* Fill in your order number, details of the item, and your preferred size or color.
* Our team will review and confirm within 1-2 business days, guiding you through the next steps.

3. Conditions for Exchange
* Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
* Exchanges are available for the same design in a different size or color.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Shipping Costs
We cover shipping if the exchange is due to an incorrect item or size sent by us. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges due to reasons other than an error on our part. 

5. Additional Notes
Customized tees are made to order and cannot be exchanged.
