3.3 Teeser is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Due to the nature of our personalized and made-to-order products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

4.2 Exchanges may be facilitated for incorrect items or sizes, subject to our Exchange Policy.

4.3 Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once the damage or defect is verified, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

5.2 If you request a refund for any other reason, such as a change of mind or simply no longer wanting the product, the refund will be provided only as Teeser store credit and will not be refunded to the original payment method.

5.3 Store credit may be used towards a future purchase on the Teeser website and will be issued once the return, where applicable, has been received and approved.

5.4 Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

6. Custom T-Shirts

6.1 Custom T-shirts are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

6.2 Please review the available size chart carefully before placing your order, as size-related returns may not be accepted for custom products.

12.2 Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment.

12.3 We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries or parties, in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

12.4 Users under the age of 18 may not register as users of the website or transact through the website.

12.5 Cardholders should retain a copy of their transaction records and the merchant's policies and rules.

12.6 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
